Steven is a Partner in our Intellectual Property, Technology and Cyber Security practice. He is also the Head of HopgoodGanim’s Cyber Security practice.
With extensive experience in commercial and legal roles, focusing in the information and communications technology sector, Steven advises Australian business owners, government agencies, not-for-profits and international businesses on cyber security, privacy, data breach preparedness and incident response, IT contracting, technology projects, and intellectual property (IP) protection and commercialisation.
Steven also advises on intellectual property protection and commercialisation, telecommunications, software development and project contracting models. He has a detailed understanding of the Queensland Information Technology Contracting (QITC) framework and its implications for both government buyers and technology suppliers.
