As a member of our Corporate team, Rebecca specialises in equity capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters and other corporate advisory work.
Rebecca has assisted clients operating across various industries, advising listed and unlisted companies on corporate transactions ranging from seed round and pre-IPO fundraising, initial public offerings and listing on the ASX, secondary capital raisings (including entitlement offers, institutional placements and share purchase plans) mergers, demergers and acquisition transactions. Rebecca also advises her listed clients in relation to corporate governance matters, including compliance with disclosure obligations under the ASX Listing Rules.
