Molly is an Associate in our Resources and Energy practice.

Molly has experience advising on all aspects of energy and resources law including on the sale, acquisition and development of mining and petroleum projects, environmental and project appeals, planning approvals and land access arrangements.

Molly also advises on the impact of various petroleum and mining regulatory regimes and the water regime in Queensland and cultural heritage and native title requirements across Australia.

Molly has held an Associateship with a Judge of the Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme and National Courts of Papua New Guinea.
