Louise's experience includes advising both private and public companies on corporate structuring and governance, mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings and other corporate advisory work.
Louise often assists clients with the review, preparation and negotiation of commercial contracts across a variety of industries and also advises on corporate governance matters, including compliance with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and ASX Listing Rules.
