Lily is an Associate in our Corporate practice.

Lily assists clients across a range of commercial matters. Her experience includes advising companies in relation to the disposal and acquisition of shares and business assets, drafting and advising on commercial contracts and assisting companies to undertake initial public offerings and list with ASX.

Lily holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from the University of Melbourne and a Juris Doctor from the University of Western Australia.
