The Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) released the Consumer Price Index (CPI) figures for the December 2024 quarter today (for the period 1 October 2024 to 31 December 2024).

Justin advises clients on a broad range of property matters and has acted in the acquisition and disposal of commercial, retail and residential properties. In particular, Justin currently advises a national supermarket client on its development site acquisitions. This involves the purchase of existing sites and of sites created by way of subdivision, as well as the disposal of sites.
Justin’s practice also covers commercial leasing arrangements for retail shopping centre landlords, commercial office building landlords and industrial landlords, and he has acted on behalf of several tenants in Queensland and nationally. Justin has a particular interest in commercial leasing.
