James is an Associate in our Private Enterprise practice. 

James has experience advising on a variety of corporate and commercial documents including business sale and share sale agreements, shareholder agreements, commercial leasing agreements, franchise agreements and construction agreements.

James assists small and medium-sized enterprises with due diligence pertaining to asset and share sales, as well as drafting, reviewing and advising on various commercial contracts, agreements and policies.
