James is a Partner in our Property practice.
James has extensive experience working across Australia’s property and infrastructure industries and is trusted by his clients to expertly manage their national property portfolios, whether owned or leased. James advises on all property law-related matters including complex and straightforward agreement for leases and leasing arrangements, large-scale asset disposals and acquisitions, end-of-term arrangements, transfers and disputes.
James has been part of the Leasing Centre of Excellence for over a decade, during which he has acted for some of Australia’s largest telecommunications, banking, postal, insurance, asset management, property and retail companies.
James also has extensive inhouse experience as the previous Legal Counsel of a Northern Territory Electricity Retailer and a Queensland University.
