Hannah is an Associate in our Resources and Energy practice.

Hannah has specific experience advising energy corporations on wide range of issues including project development, water related issues, land access, co-development, environment, due diligence as well as commercial agreements such as Sale and Purchase, Farm-in and Services Agreements.

Hannah has also advised both indigenous owners and energy corporations on a wide range of areas including Cultural Heritage Management Agreements, Section 31 Deeds and Ancillary Agreements, and Indigenous Land Use Agreements.

Hannah holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Science from the Queensland University of Technology.
