Hannah is a Senior Associate in our Intellectual Property, Technology and Cyber Security team. 

Hannah is experienced in assisting start-ups and established companies in sectors including life sciences, tourism, resources, technology and fashion with comprehensive intellectual property protection, from registration to disputes. 

During her career, Hannah has gained hands on litigation and dispute resolution experience which informs her front-end advice. She draws on her knowledge of litigious matters to assist with achieving reliable national and global protection and negotiating commercial outcomes. Hannah has also undertaken an extended secondment in the Legal team at ASX-listed company, focusing on intellectual property, technology procurement and corporate structuring projects in Asia. This in-house experience helps her understand the pressures faced by, and leverage opportunities for, her clients.

With qualifications in both Law and Applied Science (Biotechnology), Hannah is passionate about facilitating innovation through strategic intellectual property commercialisation and licensing. Hannah is also actively engaged in STEM education programs run by universities and schools, in particular, encouraging students to consider pursuing STEM studies.
