Brett offers experience in both the contentious and non-contentious areas of this specialty fields and works with his clients across a wide-range of sectors including agriculture and food, technology media and communications, private enterprise, hospitality, sport and entertainment, and retail on their rights and obligations.
He is also a recognised defamation lawyer and has acted for several high profile Queensland business and public figures in legal actions against most of Australia’s major media and social media outlets.
Brett co-authored the Australian chapter of the third edition of The International Comparative Legal Guide to: Cartels and Leniency 2010, published by Global Legal Group, London.
