Anthony also enjoys a reputation as one of Australia’s leading lawyers advising clients as owners or developers of manufactured home parks or land lease communities.
Anthony has extensive experience in commercial dispute resolution and litigation, contractual, leasing, body corporate, manufactured homes and property disputes, representing a broad range of clients including property owners, landlords, manufactured home developers, bodies corporate and property developers.
With comprehensive experience advising under the Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Act 2003 (Qld) since its implementation, Anthony has acted for numerous manufactured home park owners and developers in regards to the drafting of site agreement special terms and home sale agreements to be used in developing parks, advising park owners as to various operational issues in running parks as well as acting in all forms of disputes before the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal and the Courts.
