Alison is a Special Counsel in our Resources and Energy practice.

Alison has significant experience advising resource and energy corporations in relation to mining, oil and gas projects across all aspects of the project life cycle.

She regularly assists clients with preparing and negotiating farm-in arrangements, joint venture agreements, mineral rights sharing agreements, as well as native title negotiations, expedited procedure inquiries and future act determination proceedings in the National Native Title Tribunal.

Alison also has experience advising on major construction and engineering projects and construction litigation matters, working closely with commercial and project teams to assess and advise on project risk and managing project related disputes.
