Alex is a Consultant in our Intellectual Property, Technology and Cyber Security team.
Alex has practised in the areas of technology law, privacy and cyber security for over 30 years and has acted for some of the largest technology companies in the world.
Alex specialises in drafting and negotiating large-scale software licensing agreements, systems integration agreements, managed services agreements, SaaS Agreements and outsourcing agreements for technology suppliers who license their technologies across a range of industries including mining, heavy equipment manufacturers, telecommunications, engineering, banking and all tiers of government (Federal, State and Local).
Alex works with clients acquiring technology and provides a unique perspective on both sides of technology transactions.
Additionally, he advises clients in protecting and managing their IP portfolios, both locally and globally, with particular emphasis on trade marks and copyright, as well as the enforcement or defence of IP rights.
