How to prepare for changes to Queensland's discrimination laws
From 1 July 2025, there are significant changes coming to Queensland's Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 (Qld) (AD Act).

Prior to moving to private practice, Adele gained extensive experience in the healthcare and government sectors working in-house in industrial relations and human resources roles for large and complex organisations. She advises clients in workplace relations, awards, enterprise agreements, policy and legislative interpretation, misconduct issues, training and development, recruitment, grievance and complaint management and performance case management.
