Don leads a team of property lawyers who advise on residential and mixed-use developments including community title projects and other commercial property transactions. This work includes due diligence investigations and negotiating and documenting transactions relating to the acquisition and sale of properties, as well as advice on regulatory issues.

Don’s experience includes acting for property developers, banks and managers in acquiring development sites, establishing community title schemes and selling proposed lots.
