Robyn is a Partner in our Corporate practice with significant experience advising Australian corporations and their respective boards and senior management on capital raisings, IPOs, takeovers, mergers and acquisitions and compliance.

Robyn’s expertise is focused on the resources and energy sector and extends across a number of associated industries, acting for ASX-listed entities, mid-cap companies and large private companies, both domestically and internationally.  She also advises on a range of commercial transactions including drafting and structuring transaction documentation for acquisitions and disposals of significant assets, for joint ventures in the mining, resources and energy sectors, and in the conduct of comprehensive compliance and due diligence programs.

Robyn also assists clients across all sectors with obtaining approvals and engaging with FIRB, focusing on identifying and managing restrictions on foreign investment and advising on appropriate structures and processes for foreign companies and individuals proposing to invest in Australia.
