Jon is a Partner in our Dispute Resolution practice with extensive experience and a particular focus on litigating and resolving disputes in the property, insurance, professional regulation and sport sectors.

Jon offers extensive experience across a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including disputes related to contracts, trusts, shareholders, partnerships and joint ventures. He is also highly proficient in advising professional service providers, insurers and professional bodies in relation to professional indemnity claims, complaints, regulatory investigations and prosecutions. With a strong commercial grounding and a pragmatic manner, Jon partners with his clients to achieve the best possible strategic outcome for their business.

Jon regularly conducts litigation and advises clients in the Supreme, District and Magistrates Courts of Queensland, the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) as well as interstate Courts.
