Geoff is a Partner of our Family and Relationship Law practice. 

Geoff is recognised internationally as one of Australia’s leading family and relationship lawyers. His specialisation includes international family and relationship law, relationship agreements, prenuptial agreements, representation of third parties and high net worth individuals, trusts and property disputes and dispute resolution (particularly arbitration).

He is a Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist (Family Law) and has practiced in family law for over three decades. Geoff is an Accredited Arbitrator with the Australian Institute of Family Law Arbitrators and Mediators.

Since 2008, Geoff has been a fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL). He is the current co-chair of the International Dispute Resolution committee of the IAFL, and the Immediate Past President of the Asia-Pacific Chapter of the IAFL, serving on many of its other committees too. Geoff was also a past parliamentarian of the IAFL.
