Adel has over 18 years’ experience working across the mining and oil and gas industries. Adel works with clients advising on a wide range of commercial and project documentation, including asset acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and farm-ins, project development, corporate structuring and project operational documentation such as service agreements, management agreements, offtake contracts, distribution, marketing and supply contracts.
She has a particular interest in renewable energy and supporting clients in the transition from fossil-based systems of energy production and consumption to renewable energy sources like wind and solar. Adel works with project developers and owners in connection with remote and grid connected hybrid renewable energy projects as well as a range of other solar project opportunities in the commercial and privately owned property space.

Consultation opens for proposed offshore wind area off the Bunbury region, WA
