HopgoodGanim Lawyers welcomes Saxon Rose as a Special Counsel to the Taxation team in Brisbane.
Saxon comes to the firm having formerly been a Director and Partner in large accounting practices.
Saxon has dual qualifications in accounting and law and is uniquely placed to provide collaborative, practical and commercial tax solutions. Saxon has experience in advising across a number of different areas of taxation, including income tax, stamp duty and GST.
His specific tax experience includes assisting clients with inbound and outbound investment structures, mergers and acquisitions, financing, leasing and the taxation of trusts. He has advised large clients in the funds management, property, infrastructure, agriculture and resource sectors, as well as smaller family groups and not-for-profits.
Saxon is a lawyer admitted to practice and a Chartered Accountant (CAANZ). He is also a Fellow of Tax Institute and has been awarded designation as a Chartered Tax Adviser of the Tax Institute.
