HopgoodGanim is pleased to have advised Kyko Group on the sale of the Mon Komo Hotel to the Lewis Land Group.
Kyko Group sold the award-winning Mon Komo Hotel for an undisclosed amount in late 2019 with the sale becoming official during the past week.
Kyko Group is an Australian property development and investment group that operates primarily in the office, retail, residential and hospitality sectors. The Hotel is situated on Redcliffe’s esplanade and was initially developed in 2011 as part of Kyko Group’s mixed-used Mon Komo development.
Lewis Land Group is one of Australia’s oldest private property developers and the Group has multi-million dollar plans to renovate the Hotel over the coming 12-months.
