HopgoodGanim Lawyers is pleased to announce the appointment of Ryan Chorley as a new partner in its Commercial Property practice in Perth.
Commencing at HopgoodGanim on 1 July, Ryan joins with more than 20 years’ experience in commercial property and leasing transactions. He has significant experience with commercial and mixed-use development projects, as well as the acquisition and disposal of various asset classes (including shopping centres, office buildings, and agribusiness properties).
Having previously served as a partner at Jackson McDonald, Ryan is also highly regarded for his specialised knowledge in agribusiness, as well as his advisory role in leasing transactions and Foreign Investment Review Board compliance.
His appointment comes at a pivotal time for the firm, which recently reached a 10 year milestone in Perth and reaffirmed its growth strategy under Managing Partner Luke Mountford’s leadership.

Ryan will play a key role in HopgoodGanim’s national Commercial Property practice working alongside Perth Senior Associate, Julie McKeesick and Brisbane Partner Ivan Orola, as well as joining a local team of corporate, litigation, and resources and energy practitioners.
