“Andrew Hynd is one of the top IPTC lawyers in Brisbane, and we are thrilled to have him join and lead our practice at HopgoodGanim,” said Luke Mountford, Managing Partner at HopgoodGanim Lawyers.
His experience supporting major transformational technology projects will provide immense value to our clients, particularly as they continue to adopt more advanced technologies across their organisations.”
In addition to Andrew, Senior Associate Jean Lukin will also be joining HopgoodGanim from Holding Redlich, bringing with her extensive experience advising government entities on contracting and probity matters related to large commercial projects, complex transactions, and high-value procurements.
Andrew and Jean’s unique blend of government and technology experience will significantly enhance HopgoodGanim’s IPTC expertise and bolster our sector-focused legal offering.
“We’re excited to welcome Andrew and Jean, whose combined knowledge of government procurement and commercial transactions perfectly aligns with our firm’s strategic vision, making them a great fit for HopgoodGanim,” Luke added. “Their expertise will help us to deliver even greater outcomes to clients in the Technology and Digital Economy, and Government sectors.”
Andrew is a highly regarded leader in the industry, recognised in the Best Lawyers in Australia 2020–2025 editions for Information Technology Law, and awarded Lawyer of the Year 2023 for ICT Law in Brisbane.
