HopgoodGanim Lawyers is pleased to announce the appointment of specialist technology Partner, Andrew Hynd, and an additional senior practitioner to the firm, from 24 March.
A dedicated specialist in technology, data and privacy, procurement, and probity, Andrew Hynd brings more than 20 years of experience advising both private sector and government organisations on strategic procurement and transformational technology projects.
Andrew has a broad range of experience advising on complex matters relating to privacy compliance and data issues, including data value capture, data breaches, software licensing, support contracts, cloud computing, as well as intellectual property and other regulatory issues.

In addition to Andrew, Senior Associate Jean Lukin will also be joining HopgoodGanim from Holding Redlich, bringing with her extensive experience advising government entities on contracting and probity matters related to large commercial projects, complex transactions, and high-value procurements.

His arrival follows closely after HopgoodGanim’s appointment of two leading IPTC consultants in December and acquisition of a specialised real estate practice from Corrs Chambers Westgarth in February, as the continues to focus on growth in its key client markets.
