HopgoodGanim Lawyers announces vaccination benefits for all employees along with a community donation

HopgoodGanim Lawyers is proud to announce two initiatives to support the provision of a safe and healthy environment for all our people and to support those in our community who have faced hardship as a result of COVID-19.

COVID-19 vaccination leave

HopgoodGanim will provide an additional two days of paid personal leave for employees who choose to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to allow time for their vaccination appointment, and to recover from any potential side effects. This leave is available for both permanent and part-time employees, with casual employees receiving hours paid per vaccination.

Participation in this initiative is completely voluntary. HopgoodGanim Lawyers has advised all of our people to seek medical advice from their GP about their vaccination options.

Community Support

In addition, HopgoodGanim Lawyers has committed to provide a generous donation to two long-term charity partners as employee vaccination milestones are reached.  Those charity partners are the Salvation Army in Queensland to support their Homelessness Diversionary Program and Lifeline in Western Australia to provide essential training for telephone crisis supporters. Donations will be made incrementally as the number of our employees who have received their full vaccination increases.
