HopgoodGanim Lawyers congratulates Hazer Group Limited (Hazer) on the completion of its recent capital raising, and is pleased to have advised Hazer in relation to the transaction.
The capital raising comprised the issue of both ordinary shares and free-attaching options under a placement, as well as a share purchase plan to raise a total of $14.4 million (before costs). The proceeds from the raising will be used to advance Hazer's process technology following the operational start-up of its Commercial Demonstration Plant, as well as to support its current and future commercial projects, licensing opportunities, and future growth portfolio development.
