Luke Mountford, Tim Scanlan and Sarah Judge, advised City Fertility on the acquisition. The acquisition was partly funded by a capital raising from the Company’s existing shareholder base, which was undertaken with assistance from Michael Hansel from HopgoodGanim’s Corporate team.
