HopgoodGanim Lawyers are pleased to have advised Eumundi Group Limited (ASX:EBG) on its successful acquisition by SEQ Hospitality Group Pty Ltd by way of a dual track scheme of arrangement and a concurrent off-market takeover offer.
Eumundi Group Limited is a prominent Australian company, engaging in hotel management and retail property investment businesses, predominantly in South-East Queensland. The company’s hotel operations division owns and operates public hotels, including bars, bistros and gaming facilities, as well as conducting commercial and retail liquor sales through both owned and leased premises.
On Friday, 14 February 2025, SEQ Hospitality Group Pty Ltd acquired all of the ordinary shares in Eumundi Group Limited for $1.62 per share by way of a scheme of arrangement, with a transaction value of $80.6 million.
