HopgoodGanim advises The Energy Network on majority investment by Fortitude Investment Partners

HopgoodGanim Lawyers is pleased to have advised Queensland electricity equipment supplier The Energy Network (TEN Group) on Fortitude Investment Partners taking a majority stake in the business to support the next stage of TEN Group’s business growth journey. 

Sarah Judge and Luke Mountford of HopgoodGanim’s Private Enterprise practice led the transaction and were supported by experts from our Banking and Finance, Workplace and Employment, Construction, Taxation, Property and Technology, IP and Cyber Security teams. HopgoodGanim undertook a full vendor due diligence, assisted with the management of the bid process, negotiated the transaction documents and attended to completion of the transaction.
