HopgoodGanim recently advised Cryptsoft in a global inbound OEM software and intellectual property licence to one of the world’s top ten banks.
Cryptsoft is a privately held Australian company that operates worldwide in the enterprise key management security market. Cryptsoft's Key Management Interoperability Protocol (KMIP) software development kits (SDKs) are the market's preferred OEM solution that has been selected by prominent global companies and governmental entities for interoperable enterprise key management and encryption technology in their storage, security and cloud products.
After more than 12 months of negotiations, this multi-faceted technology transaction (with the New York based office of that licensee) makes it one of the largest in-bound OEM licensing transactions entered into by Cryptsoft this year.
The deal was spearheaded by HopgoodGanim Lawyers’ head of Intellectual Property, Hayden Delaney. This deal represents another notch on HopgoodGanim’s belt for market-leading IP and Technology transactions.
Partner Hayden Delaney says, “we are delighted to have assisted Cryptsoft on this deal.”
